Pregnancy and childbirth is an enormous challenge for women’s body, and some changes are irreversible. Which doesn’t mean you can’t look and feel great again. During this course you’ll learn how your body may work now and in the future, what are its needs and how to fulfill it. We’ll search for the best activities and diets, and consider if supplementing is necessary.

Darlene is a psychologist and nutritionist by training. By attending her course, you will learn about the changes in your body after pregnancy, which of them you can undo, and which you need to learn to love (and how to do it).
In addition to theoretical topics, the course covers practical nutrition tips. You will learn how to cook healthily for the whole family and how to avoid the trap of getting fat by overeating after a baby. The third module of the course includes sample workouts. These range from light exercises that you can easily do on a heavy day to cardio exercises that can be done without equipment.
