Exercise has a positive effect on rehabilitation after injury, but under several conditions. In this course you will learn when you can start physical activity, which exercises to start with and how to observe your body. The course includes sets of physical exercises with different levels of difficulty. Most of them are based on stretching and strengthening of individual muscle parts.
